This steel sculpture, created by the artist Léa Poncharal , is a striking work that combines the strength of metal with the delicacy of golden butterflies. This work is made up of 3mm steel strips, each of them spaced 2mm apart. This work is the result of a careful and constantly evolving study carried out by the artist who is always experimenting with new design and creation techniques, where the ancient and the modern mingle. Here, the sculptor takes the famous mouth, widely used in pop art, and names it Koinè which is an ancient language spoken in Greece between 330 BC. JC and 330 AD. JC.
