In addition to the parodic side of the poster which consists of diverting the original poster by portraying Uncle Sam as a joker (supposed to be the symbol of freedom), the latter attempts to enlist Batman in these misdeeds.

The stars in the eyes show us the attraction to light and the desire that is expressed while the finger in the nose reminds us of childhood and the naivety that we show towards the world around us.
