How B2B Leasing Works

Leasing for whom?

Are you a business owner or do you practice a liberal profession? Companies eligible for the tax deduction associated with art leasing must be subject to corporate tax (SA, EURL, SARL, or SAS) or income tax under the category of industrial and commercial profits (BIC).

Deductible expenses

The costs of leasing artwork for the decoration and furnishing of your company's premises are recorded under account 6068 of the general accounting plan.

This approach offers substantial tax benefits, as leasing is subject to the standard rules for deductible expenses from net income (in accordance with Article 39-1 of the General Tax Code), which reduces income tax charges.

Setting up B2B Leasing

1 / Selection of works
Taking into account your values, location, the nature of the art, and your preferences, we can create a space that reflects your corporate culture and stimulates creativity and inspiration throughout the entire organization.
2/ Setting up the contract
Together, based on your situation and preferences, we set up the rental contract with the option for you to customize the monthly payments. In our plan, everything is included: transportation, insurance, financing…
3 / Delivery
Once all the documents are electronically signed, we call on our partner specialized in the transportation of artworks to take all necessary precautions in terms of expertise and insurance.
4 / Possibility to acquire the work at the end of the contract
At the end of the leasing contract, you have the option to return the artwork and start a new contract or to purchase it for a predetermined amount.

Reduction of taxable income

In accordance with Article 238 bis AB of the General Tax Code (CGI), the full amount of rent paid can be deducted from corporate tax for companies or income tax for liberal professions. This legal provision offers an attractive tax deduction for financing artwork through leasing.

Purchase option

Before signing the leasing contract, you have the option to customize the distribution of your payments over a period ranging from 13 to 48 months.

At the end of the contractual period, you consolidate your company's assets by simply paying the residual value, which amounts to 7.5% of the initial financed amount.
