Jürgen Angeler
Jürgen Angeler undertook studies in communication and design, thus laying the foundations of his artistic journey. In 2014, he began dedicating himself to painting and participated in his first exhibitions. The following year, he held his first solo exhibition, marking the beginning of a continuous development of his technique.
Since then, Jürgen Angeler has held several exhibitions and workshops. He pays particular attention to informal painting, a form of modern art that emerged in the 1940s and 1950s. This artistic approach is based on a mix of arbitrary elements (tuning impulses) and coincidences (drops, squeegee deductions), which play a decisive role. Through the creative process, tension builds up to result in a finished painting that fully expresses it.
Jürgen Angeler has achieved success through exhibitions in Germany, Italy, and Austria. His works are now part of collections in several European countries, as well as in the United States, Hong Kong, and Japan.
