Having the ability to match different materials together, Malaspina began his artistic training at the Corsican Art Institute. Initially working with plastic materials, he became a luthier and developed his love for wood. After constant research, he then worked for a large foundry where he learned to work metals. He began his career 10 years ago, working and exhibiting regularly, and has since created more than 200 works, present in numerous private collections.
