Stefanie Raus: German artist specializing in abstract art

Stefanie Raus is a German artist from Achern, near Baden-Baden, at the foot of the magnificent Black Forest. She worked for many years in the banking sector. It was a pleasant job, but she saw her calling more in the creative field.

It is important for her to have a beautiful and harmonious home for her family and herself. To decorate her house with paintings of her choice, she took several painting courses and workshops, gradually developing her skills. At first, she painted only for herself, then for others. She thus managed to turn her passion into a profession.

For Stefanie, painting represents independence and freedom. It is what she loves and what she wants to do with her life.

She paints abstract works and enjoys experimenting with different techniques. Her paintings are mainly minimalist but very often adorned with touches of gold.

The brilliance of the gold color is perceived as very positive in almost all cultures and conveys notions of warmth, optimism, wealth, and spiritual energy.

For Stefanie, the most beautiful thing about being creative is being able to make others happy through her creations. She has never felt such fulfillment in any other professional activity before, and that is wonderful.
