Mario

Description

This work uses several Street Art techniques by combining lithography on 300g/m² Fine Art paper combined with acrylic paint applied by hand by the artist.

In this work, Aiiroh uses several elements from Nintendo's Super Mario game: Mario the hero of the saga, the stars which make you invincible, the fire flowers which allow you to throw fireballs and the Koopas Troopas which are the turtles with the shells of different colors.

Here, the messages are hidden in the details. The stars in the eyes show us the attraction to light and the desire that is expressed while the finger in the nose reminds us of childhood and the naivety that we show towards the world around us.
