With « Sheller », EAZ evokes a silhouette immediately familiar: that of the arcade ghost, rounded dome, large eyes hollowed out and jagged fringe — but adorned here in yellow shining from its prey legendary. Mischievous role reversal: the ghost pursuer has donned the color of Pac-Man himself, like a predator who would have worn the skin of its victim. On the black deep from the background, this golden mass radiates with the force of a neon sign.
The signature technique of the artist unfolds with a remarkable density: each pixel is a cut, beveled paper tile and hand-painted lacquered, mounted on a thin light border that structures the figure like a luminous grid.
